Data exploration is the heart of any data analysis. Without a solid understanding of the data structure and meaning, you will never get the results you wanted. Even AI can't give you proper results if you don't have the proper context built in. That's why I take the time to know and understand your data before we get started.
Descriptive Analysis
Validating current beliefs about the business with some basic statistical analysis. Getting everyone on the same page with where things are now and shedding light on misconceptions provides the foundation needed to start targeting performance improvement.
Prescriptive Analysis
Once we have a defined baseline and improvement areas identified, we can begin to work on testing ideas for improvement. Trying new things and tracking results compared to the baseline is the key to making real change happen.
